My suppliers tend to be local and include Graham’s Dairies of Bridge of Allan for my cream, milk and butter; Scottish raspberries and strawberries from Perthshire and Fife when in season for my preserves; homemade breads; free range eggs from the Ardardan Estate along the coast at Cardross, sausages and bacon from Mearns T. McCaskie, award winning butcher across the River Clyde at Wemyss Bay; Grants of Speyside black pudding from a recipe dating back to 1888; award winning potato scones from Mortons based in Drumchapel, Glasgow and my smoked salmon is from various Scottish suppliers.
